Time: 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm

Staff: Former and current local collegiate players & Dash Sports Certified Strength and Conditioning Coaches
Features: Instruction of proper techniques involved with passing, setting, hitting, and serving. Focuses, small group instruction based on skills development.
